We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, at the same price. We can’t currently deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.
We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer at busy times, such as Christmas.
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Royal Mail will ask for a signature on delivery. If nobody is in, they will leave a card telling you how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will chase it with Royal Mail and, if needed, send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more.
