Discover the magic and skill of a master roaster and experience creating freshly roasted coffee with us at Island Tea & Coffee Co. with a coffee roasting experience.

We start with a talk from Master Roaster Mike Townsend on the coffee journey, flavour wheel and more whilst tasting of our single origin coffees to reflect the varying tones, styles and coffee flavours.

This is followed by you taking your part in a coffee roast, using one of our state-of-the-art Topper coffee roaster in our dedicated Roastery. Here you can experience the art of roasting and understand how the bean is transformed into a myriad of flavours.

At the end of your Coffee Roast Experience with Island Tea & Coffee Co you will receive your own personalised bag of freshly roasted coffee from your roast, to reflect your time with us.
